Hello! I sell my work in small batch releases which are announced via email and instagram.

SHIPPING:
Purchases will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and tracking information can be provided. Work will be shipped out within 5-7 business days. I wrap everything very carefully and I try to reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
If a piece is broken during shipping (rare), please send a picture of the piece and the box it came in, and I will give you a full refund.
If you place multiple orders, I will combine and refund some shipping.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Due to the handmade nature of the work, all purchases are final. I am unable to offer exchanges, as each piece is uniquely made.
USE / CARE:
All work is high-fired stoneware with food-safe glaze. It is microwave and dishwasher safe, though I recommend hand-washing and only light microwaving. The work should not be used in the oven and should not be used cold with hot food or hot with cold food, for instance I would not recommend putting hot soup in a bowl stored in the freezer. Each piece is made to be used and loved everyday.
